Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a QA Technical Service Rep to ensure quality assurance on installed roofing systems in the region. The role involves leading roof patch and repair work, estimating materials and labor, and delivering timely documentation to satisfy customers.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, roofing patch experience, and strong communication and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior roofing patch/repair experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and climb roofs up to 20 ft.
• Strong safety awareness and OSHA knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician for roof patch and repair as directed by the QA Group.
• Estimate material and labor quantities for patches.
• Coordinate with local field reps and supervisors as needed.
• Provide accurate, timely documentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers, sales reps, field staff and internal personnel.
