Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. repeatedly and properly.
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights.
• Prior roofing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Driver by loading trucks and unloading materials safely.
• Ensure materials are unloaded onto the roof with attention to detail.
• Work Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities.

Utilize your strength and reach new heights as a Rooftop Loader.

Rooftop Loader supports the Driver at the Branch by loading trucks and riding with the Driver to the job site to unload building materials safely and efficiently. Materials are unloaded onto the roof with attention to the Roofing Contractors' needs and the homeowners' property. This role offers opportunities to learn about our industry, new equipment, and business operations.

Experience and Abilities:

• Experience and interest in a physically demanding, labor-intensive position lifting up to 100 lbs. properly, repeatedly, and daily.
• Comfort working on roofs and at heights.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts; English verbal and written skills for reading purchase orders and communication.
• Prior roofing industry experience is a plus.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
• Work Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime during busy seasons.
• Adopt the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture mindset.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving background checks, and a pre-employment drug test.
