Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking independent contractor Roof Field Technicians to inspect steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections. You will use advanced tools to document findings and help prevent further damage until repairs are complete.

Ideal candidates bring roofing/construction experience or claims exposure, plus a reliable vehicle and a capable lidar device.

Formación

• Independent contractor status with a reliable vehicle and space to transport a 32' ladder
• Lidar-equipped device or ability to obtain one (e.g., iPad Pro / iPhone 12 Pro+)
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams
• HAAG Certification is a plus
• Ability to obtain required certifications/credentials to join contractor pool

Responsabilidades

• Conduct inspections on steep and high roofs (exterior and interior)
• Evaluate damage and document findings using technology
• Perform underwriting property inspections
• Assist in preventing further damage until permanent repairs are completed
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to insureds
