Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking a RoofField Technician to join our network of independent contractors. You will conduct assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using cutting-edge technology.

Successful technicians possess safety, attention to detail, strong customer service, empathy, and an entrepreneurial spirit. A reliable vehicle with a 32’ ladder is required, and a lidar device or ability to obtain one is

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting steep and high roofs and assessing exterior and interior damage.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and attention to detail in field inspections.
• Customer service skills and empathy when dealing with insureds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments on steep/high roofs and perform underwriting property inspections.
• Utilize technology to assess property damage and document findings.
• Coordinate inspections and communicate with insureds and agencies.
