Job summary

Eataly in California is seeking a Part-time Pizza Maker to produce roman-style pizza alla pala following our authentic Italian recipes. You will report to the Bakery Manager and work onsite in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.

Responsibilities include preparing pizzas, maintaining cleanliness, mastering shifts, assisting sales associates, and engaging with guests to share pizza production knowledge. Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred; you must be able to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position
• Good work ethic, communication and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures
• Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards
• Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production
• Assists Sales Associates if needed and engages with guests interested in learning about pizza production
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
