As the Rolling Mill General Turn Supervisor, you will provide leadership across multiple operational areas, including the Rolling Mill, Finishing, and Logistics departments, while partnering with Maintenance teams as needed. You will play a critical role in creating a safe, productive, and engaged workforce while driving performance in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and environmental stewardship through the application of Gerdau’s principles and values.
