You will provideleadership guidance on establishing a productive, high performing, and safety conscious maintenance self directed working environment. The major role of this job is to focus on all aspects related to safety, environmental, production, cost, quality, and people management through the continuous application of Work Execution Management (WEM) for area of responsibility. You will ensure standardization of processes within the area of responsibility. You will manageto measurable goals including budget adherence and Work Execution Management targets.This position directly reports to the Rolling Mill Maintenance General Facilitator.
