Position Summary

To maintain a continuous supply of raw materials at all grinding complexes, to load any vessels requiring a front end loader, to provide on-site transportation of material in process, to provide transportation of finished goods to and from the underground warehouse as necessary, provide plant road maintenance services which includes watering, and inspect mobile equipment as required. This position serving as the relief driver you must be available to work a variety of hours covering both dayshift as well as nightshift when needed. There will be times on a short notice to cover for employees who are out due to illness, injury, vacation, etc. the relief's regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Work hours and assigned shifts will vary based on staffing and operational requirements.

Responsible for maintaining compliance with the Mandatory Minimum Standards Required, within his/her sphere of influence. This may or may not include compliance with any air permits, wastewater permits, storm water permits, or other rules as presented to the employee as requirements.

• Provide sufficient raw ore (Quincy and Jamaican) in the correct time frame to avoid any loss of production due to lack of ore.
• Provide on-site transportation and offloading of material in process when necessary (Q60, W325, off-spec, Q4, W4, 40x200 and reclaim, excess stone to stockpiles when crusher silos are nearly full, etc.)
• Provide food grade feedstock to Nutrition mills.
• Provide transportation of finished goods to and from underground warehouse when necessary. (MCS Underground warehouse)
• Provide clean up services to spills, railroad tracks, roadways, etc.
• Performs equipment inspections on all company vehicles you operate each shift.
• Provide plant road maintenance services - watering, road work etc.
• Provide high pressure water wash to specialized needs when required.
• Provide flat bed delivery service as schedule permits. (Supplies from MCS)
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Stock Truck Coordinator.
• Employees must learn and observe applicable company policies and safe practices and perform all duties assigned by supervisors. This description covers the significant duties ofthe job but may not include occasional assignments which would be within the evaluation of this job.
• Knowledgeable of the ISO quality system as required to ensure compliance to the ISO 9001 quality standard.
• Follows FSMA guidelines in the daily production of product.
• Relieve drivers so they can catch up on their online requirements. (Skill Soft etc.)
• Housekeeping, cleaning the breakroom, bathrooms, locker room this includes relieving other drivers so they can do their turn maintaining the clean environment.

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must maintain a Commercial Driver's License (Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.)
• Must learn to safely operate dump trucks, end loaders, tractor trailer, water truck, backhoe, forklift, skid steer loader, flatbed truck, pneumatic semi trailer and pickup.
• Must have good communication skills with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety policy manuals, SOP's, SDS, and various production schedules/reports

Physical Requirements

Normally working from the cab of a piece of mobile equipment but occasionally involved in manual labor. Sometimes exposed to heat, cold, inclement weather, noise, vibration, ground limestone spillage, liquid lignin sulfate, grease, oil, diesel fuel and gasoline.

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as an applicant's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.

U.S. Market-Based Salary Range

[$28.10 -$30.91]

In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
