Job summary

HSM, a mult-location manufacturing company, is seeking candidates to support blower and material handler functions within the Corduroy Department. The role involves assisting with various plant duties, cross-training in different areas, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards on site in North Carolina.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to read production sheets and use a tape measure. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

What You Will Do:

• Supporting Blower and Material Handler functions
• Assisting with other duties throughout the Corduroy Department
• Cross-training in different areas of the plant
• Maintaining good safety and housekeeping practices
• Stepping in to support additional assignments as production needs change

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Ability to read, write, and complete production sheets
• Basic math skills, including counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness and ability to cross-train throughout the plant
• Ability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
