Job summary

Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company in North Carolina seeks dedicated production helpers to support the Corduroy Department, including Blower and Material Handler functions. You will cross-train across the plant, maintain safety and housekeeping practices, and adapt to changing production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read, write, and complete production sheets.
• Basic math skills (counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Cross-train across the plant.
• Work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

What You Will Do:

• Supporting Blower and Material Handler functions

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Ability to read, write, and complete production sheets
• Basic math skills, including counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness and ability to cross-train throughout the plant
• Ability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
