Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to operate roll-off trucks, service customer sites, and ensure compliant handling of waste materials. You will navigate construction sites and commercial facilities while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, coordinating routes, and using dispatch tools. Requires a valid CDL, DOT medical card, and clean driving record; 21+ with ability to pass screenings.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL is required.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Acceptable MVR and insurability.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Roll-Off truck per DOT and company policies.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations.
• Transport waste and recyclables to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Secure loads and ensure safe placement at customer sites.
• Complete routes and service requests on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
