Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to operate roll-off trucks, service customer locations, and ensure compliant loads and closures. The role requires navigating construction sites and urban streets with attention to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, proper documentation, and maintaining professional customer interactions while adhering to DOT and company standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL is required.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Able to meet insurability and pass drug/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate Roll-Off truck per DOT regulations and company policy.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer sites.
• Transport waste and recyclables to disposal or recycling facilities.
