Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a CDL Roll Off Driver to safely operate a Roll Off Truck on assigned routes and service a variety of customers. You will collect, transport, deliver, and dispose of materials while upholding exceptional customer service and Coastal professionalism.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, reporting issues, and using onboard technology to document routes. You must meet DOT safety standards, wear PPE, and be ready to work overtime as business

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety mindset and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate Roll Off Truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report issues promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations; document routes.
• Utilize onboard technology to complete records.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and PPE usage.
• Support team and assist with other tasks as needed.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety policies.
