Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate a heavy-duty truck, loading, transporting large containers to disposal, transfer, or recycling sites, and navigating tight spaces on industrial routes.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting hazards, and working with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• CDL required with air brake endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1 year CDL driving in last 7 years.
• Legal to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle in accordance with safety rules and laws.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and DVIR documentation.
• Report unsafe conditions to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attend trainings and participate in meetings.
• Coordinate with Route Managers to improve route efficiency.
• Notify about incidents, service interruptions, and hazards.
