WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Roll-Off Driver who safely operates a heavy-duty truck and is responsible for preparing, loading, and transporting large containers to disposal sites, transfer or recycle facilities and customer locations. Roll-Off Drivers navigate driveways, alleys, and tight overhead environments on industrial routes with skilled backing maneuvers.

Education is not required; 1 year of relevant CDL driving experience and a clean driving record are preferred.

Qualificações

• CDL A or B with air brake endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Operates vehicle in accordance with Safety and Life Critical Rules and DOT requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Reports unsafe situations or service issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attends scheduled training and participates in required meetings.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and checkout process.
