Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely collect waste across routes. You will operate roll-off trucks and related equipment, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and keep accurate logs while maintaining professional conduct on the road.

The role requires a CDL, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of driving experience or a CDL school certificate. Overtime may be required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive criteria and safely operate the truck/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates roll-off truck and related equipment to collect waste.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and required reports.
• Report any mechanical issues to supervisor/mechanic promptly.
• Maintain route quality and comply with safety standards.
• Ensure PPE is worn and safety rules followed.
• Maintain clean vehicle and accurate service records.
• Assist in improving routing efficiency and attend safety meetings.
