Job summary

GFL Environmental is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely and efficiently provide waste removal services along designated routes, serving industrial, residential, or recycle customers and transporting debris to disposal facilities.

The role requires a CDL, minimum 21 years old, and at least one year of driving experience or CDL training. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, interact with customers, and follow DOT and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to safely drive a roll-off truck and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a roll-off truck to collect, exchange, or deliver containers to disposal facilities.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and submit reports.
• Interact courteously with customers and the public and address requests.
• Maintain cleanliness around truck and container; ensure site safety during dumping.
• Keep and submit required logs and vehicle condition reports.
