Job summary

GFL is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate roll-off trucks across assigned routes, collect waste, and deliver to disposal facilities. The role requires a valid CDL and clean driving record, with emphasis on safety, courtesy, and customer service.

You'll perform pre- and post-trip inspections, document route activities, communicate issues to supervision, and help maintain equipment and route efficiency. This is a hands-on driving position based in Ball Ground, GA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desired.
• Possess valid CDL.
• Minimum one year commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety sensitive function criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off truck and equipment to collect waste.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and required documentation.
• Report vehicle issues to supervisor/mechanic immediately.
• Maintain route quality and improve routing efficiencies.
• Adhere to all safety standards and company policies.
• Work overtime as needed and perform other duties as required.
