Job summary

Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Roll Off Driver to service customers by delivering and removing roll-off containers and hauling waste to disposal sites. This role requires safe driving, route discipline, and strong customer interaction.

You'll perform pre-trip inspections, maintain route sheets, and ensure proper load securement while working with dispatch on additional orders. Willingness to work nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years CDL truck driving experience preferred.
• Waste industry experience is a plus.
• Must have valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years; no DUI/OVI in last 5 years or 2 in last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck to deliver and remove roll-off containers on assigned routes or work orders.
• Maintain and update route sheets; conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and DVIR logs.
• Visually inspect roll-off containers and ensure load securement.
• Clean up areas around the compactor when servicing customers; maintain truck cab cleanliness.
• Interact professionally with customers and dispatch to ensure quality service; perform other duties as assigned.
