Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate a heavy-duty truck, load and transport heavy containers to disposal sites and recycling facilities. You will navigate driveways and alleys, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and coordinate with Route Managers to maintain efficient routes.

Qualifications

• CDL-B required; 21+ to qualify.
• 1 year of driving experience with CDL within the last 7 years.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections and DVIRs.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle in accordance with safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment.
• Report unsafe situations or service issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required by WIN Waste Innovations.
• Coordinate with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and checkout processes.
