Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations seeks a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate a heavy-duty truck and manage loading and transporting open-top and compactor containers to disposal sites and recycling facilities. Expect rigorous backing maneuvers and adherence to safety rules on varied industrial routes.

Qualifications include a CDL (21+), air brake endorsement, and 1 year of CDL-driving experience in the last seven years. Pre-employment DOT screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL within the last 7 years.
• CDL required, applicant must be 21 years of age.
• Current Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle in accordance with Safety Rules and DOT requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Notifies Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions or safety concerns.
• Supports route efficiencies and best practices with Route Managers.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and checkout process.
• Maintains professional conduct with customers and coworkers.
