Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate a heavy-duty truck and load, transport and place large roll-off/open-top and compactor containers at disposal sites, transfer or recycling facilities, and customer locations. You will back into tight spaces, navigate driveways and alleys, and follow safety rules (OSHA, DOT) while maintaining logs and completing end-of-day documentation.

Qualifications

• Not required education.
• CDL driving experience within the last 7 years (1 year).
• CDL required; applicant must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle in accordance with Company safety rules, OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Reports unsafe situations or service issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attends scheduled training programs and briefings as required.
• Works with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
• Notifies Route Manager of incidents, accidents, injuries or property damage.
• Communicates customer requests to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and checkout process.
