Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Roll-Off Driver in Worcester, MA to safely operate a heavy-duty truck and manage loading and transporting large containers to disposal sites, transfer facilities, and customer locations. Requirements include a CDL (A or B) with air brake endorsement, being 21+, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• At least 1 year operating heavy trucks / roll-off containers.
• Able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy-duty truck on routes and at disposal sites.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment.
• Communicates with Route Manager or Dispatch regarding service needs.
• Loads, unloads, and positions containers safely without causing property damage.
• Ensures lids/doors do not block driveways or traffic and reports issues.
