Job summary

Waste Pro in Houston is seeking a team oriented, courteous, and dependable CDL driver to join our fleet. Roll-Off drivers deliver and empty large containers for Waste Pro's commercial customers and uphold safety and customer service standards.

Waste Pro also offers a $10,000 driver award attainable every three years when criteria are met, and a supportive work environment with training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements for CMVs.
• Must be able to speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers and complete paperwork.
• Maintain written records and service responses.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook to container and operate lift equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and courtesies to customers and the public.
• Answer customer questions and direct inquiries to Customer Service or Sales.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT guidelines.
• Maintain a clean truck and conduct routine checks under the hood and around the vehicle.
• Report and document safety and operational issues as required.
