Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment or machine setup preferred.
• Diligent with quality checks and documentation.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor roll forming machinery to meet customer specs.
• Perform quality checks and adjust processes as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with coil changes and tooling adjustments under supervision.
• Support continuous improvement using 5S, Kaizen and SPC concepts.
