Job summary

voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation in Shelbyville, KY is seeking a Process Technician to support manufacturing operations by setting up, monitoring and troubleshooting equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.

The role collaborates with Process and Tool Engineering to coordinate technical developments, conducts tool trials, analyzes data and drives continuous improvement on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in metal forming, roll forming, or equivalent.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and robot welding/CNC exposure.
• CAD software and Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on process operations support with troubleshooting and development.
• Assist in process optimization and data analysis to improve tool and process quality.
• Program production software/equipment and support manufacturing as necessary with problems.
• Support tooling improvements and inventory monitoring to ensure availability.
