Job summary

JCM Industries in Nash, Texas, is seeking a Roll Operator to set up and operate the roll forming line, form bends, rolls and punches holes in fabricated profiles. The role includes loading and unloading materials, assisting with assembly, and ensuring accurate labeling and inventory traceability.

The candidate will read work orders, prepare tooling, verify measurements, and operate secondary equipment as instructed by Supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of various metal grades, thicknesses, sizes.
• Knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, label makers, etc.
• Ability to read various measurements.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move materials within the plant or work site as instructed by Supervisors.
• Operate roll forming line and related equipment to form bends, rolls, beads, and holes.
• Set up tooling, load programs, and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance.
• Test run new tooling to generate sample parts and verify quality.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and preparing products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to procedures and regulations.
