• Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to ensure machine output matches design intent.
• Adjust machine speeds, tooling, and alignment to maintain precision throughout production.
• Perform preventative maintenance, lubrication, and tooling checks; keep work area safe and organized.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
