Job summary

Ice Industries, Inc. is seeking a Roll Form Operator for the 1st shift to set up and operate roll-forming equipment, ensuring parts meet quality criteria and maintaining predetermined line speeds.

You will adjust machines, inspect products, and document production data in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires basic arithmetic, forklift certification, and the ability to work with various material handling apparatus.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial environment is highly desired.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (inches and pounds) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Must be forklift certified or willing to become forklift certified.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a roll-forming line, machine, and secondary equipment to produce defect-free product.
• Adjust machines to material requirements and product specs to ensure quality.
• Use gauges to identify defects and report issues to supervisors and logs scrap.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and preventive maintenance (coolant changes, cleaning, lubrication).
• Record production data and logs for finished goods and scrap.
• Move materials using hoists, hand trucks, forklifts, or overhead crane as needed.
• Verify material labels, ensure correct location, and stack products after processing.
• Support plant with additional duties and projects as required.
