Job summary

You will develop and implement engineered solutions to improve reliability, throughput, safety and product quality, collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and suppliers. This role leads equipment projects from concept through installation and sustained production, performs root-cause investigations and

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ hands-on manufacturing engineering or maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mechanical improvements for roll-forming lines and related tooling.
• Create or review layouts, drawings, tooling concepts and installation packages.
• Apply engineering principles on force, torque, and synchronization.
• Diagnose defects like bow, camber, twist, jams, or length variations.
• Determine root causes of production problems and implement fixes.
• Lead equipment projects from design to validation and start-up.
• Train operators on machine function and process control.
• Analyze OEE, downtime, throughput and scrap data for gains.
• Develop standards, control plans and troubleshooting guides.
