Unknown in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our service department. You will oversee 4-6 watchmakers and help drive brand initiatives while setting current and future standards to improve workflow and efficiency.

The role requires Level 60 Rolex watchmaking expertise, the ability to interpret Rolex service offers, and the skill to prepare clear service estimates.

Qualifications

• Level 60 Rolex watchmaker with deep Rolex expertise.
• Ability to prepare Rolex service estimates.
• Lead QC testing and ensure standards.
• Coordinate a fast-paced workshop to meet 4-week turnaround.
• Manage 4–6 watchmakers and support brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department.
• Support brand initiatives and set current and future standards.
• Work with Director of Boutiques to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Answer questions about Rolex service offers to the sales team.
• Authenticate Rolex pieces and ensure only original parts are handled.
