Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Role Player Supervisor responsible for the health, welfare, discipline, and execution of duties for all Role Players during JRTC rotations. You will oversee training, safety, and compliance with Fort Polk and DoD policies while ensuring accountability of personnel and equipment.

Ideal candidates will have military or civilian leadership experience, proficiency with radio systems, and flexibility to work varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably with military or government training contexts.
• Proficiency with military terminology and radio systems.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, welfare, discipline, and execution of duties for all Role Players during rotations.
• Enforce training, safety, Valiant policies, and DoD regulations.
• Ensure accountability for personnel, equipment, property and clothing.
• Provide guidance to ensure realistic portrayal of Role Play events.
