Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Coordinator with field and training operations, reports, and rotations.
• Perform clerical tasks and housekeeping for Role Play operation management.
• Issue, track, and account for props used during training.
• Transmits, logs, and analyzes information from radio communications.
• Handle routine computing, filing, copying, and phone duties.
• Submit and track work orders and training events in MEMS databases.
• Utilize military forms and maps during training coordination.
• Work rotating day or night shifts as needed.
