Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services, LLC seeks a Role Play Operations Coordinator to lead and oversee the health, welfare, discipline, and execution of duties of Role Players during JRTC rotations at Fort Polk. You will enforce Fort Polk and DoD policies, supervise training, safety, and event scripting, and ensure accountability of personnel and equipment.

• Ensures accountability of personnel, equipment, property and required clothing for work assignments.
• Ensures employee compliance with scheduled scripted events.
• Provides advice and direction to ensure realistic portrayal of Role Play events.
• Routinely conducts personnel evaluations on all assigned employees.
• Provide counseling to all assigned personnel.
• Routinely uses military forms and maps.
• Frequently uses mobile radio communications.
