Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services, LLC is seeking a Role Play Operations Clerk to support field and training operations at Fort Polk South, LA. The role involves assisting the Operations Coordinator with rotations, reports, and rehearsals, and handling props and communications.

You will perform clerical tasks, manage inventory for training props, and work with MEMS databases and military forms as part of the role. Shift work between day and night during rotations is typical.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Operations Coordinator in field and training operations, assignments, reports, products, rehearsals, certifications, and JRTC rotations.
• Performs a variety of office, clerical, and routine housekeeping functions for Role Play operation management.
• Issues, tracks, recovers and accounts for props used during training.
• Transmits, receives and logs information from telephone, cellular, and portable radio communications.
• Performs computing, filing, copying, and telephone answering duties.
• Submits and tracks work order requests.
• Tracks training events using MEMS database and Inject sheets; uses military forms.
• Uses military maps on a routine basis.
• Shift work between day or night is routinely required during rotational training exercise support.
• Work schedules are subject to change at any time.
• All other duties as required.

• Performs a variety of office, clerical, and routine housekeeping functions associated with Role Play operation management.
• Issues, tracks, recovers and accounts for props used during training.
• Frequently transmits, receives, and logs information received from telephone, cellular, and portable radio system communications.
• Routinely performs computing, filing, copying, and telephone answering duties.
• Frequently submits and tracks work order requests.
• Frequently tracks training events using MEMS database and Inject sheets; routinely uses military forms.
• Routinely uses military maps.
• Shift work between day or night shift is routinely required during periods of rotational training exercise support.
• Work schedules are subject to change at any time.
• All other duties as required.
