Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a Role Play Operations Clerk to support field and training operations. You will assist the Operations Coordinator with reports, rehearsals, and JRTC rotations, manage props, process communications, and handle routine office tasks.

The role requires flexibility for day/night shifts and travel to various locations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to obtain security clearance; prior military knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs that include Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work irregular hours and weekends.
• Must be able to travel unaccompanied throughout the continental US and foreign countries.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening; will be subject to random drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Operations Coordinator in field and training operations, assignments, reports, products, rehearsals, certifications, and execution of JRTC rotations.
• Performs a variety of office, clerical, and routine housekeeping functions associated with Role Play operation management.
• Issues, tracks, recovers and accounts for props used during training.
• Frequently transmits, receives, and logs information from telephone, cellular, and portable radio system communications.
• Routinely performs computing, filing, copying, and telephone answering duties.
• Frequently submits and tracks work order requests.
• Frequently tracks training events using MEMS database and Inject sheets; routinely uses military forms.
• Routinely uses military maps.
• Shift work between day or night shift is routinely required during periods of rotational training exercise support.
• Work schedules are subject to change at any time.
