A notable recruitment agency is seeking a Roku Engineer to develop and maintain high-quality applications for a leading startup in California’s streaming space. The ideal candidate will have expert skills in Brightscript, Roku SDKs, and relevant commercial experience. This is a full-time, fully remote role with a salary range of $120k - $130k per year and unlimited PTO.

• Expert level in Brightscript and other modern Roku technologies.

• Update existing systems and troubleshoot any future issues.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Streaming Talent are partnering with an exciting California based startup within the streaming space.

This Roku Engineer would be joining a well-established company developing connected tv applications and platforms for leading broadcasters and sports federations.

Responsibilities

• Use Brightscript to develop high-quality applications and ensure they are maintained.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle through to app store release and beyond.
• Update existing systems and troubleshoot any future issues.

Skills required

• 3+ years experience of Roku development in a commercial role.
• 3+ years experience with Roku SDKs.
• Expert level in Brightscript and other modern Roku technologies.
• Experience of managing AppStore build creation, submission and deployment.
• Salary up to $130k USD per annum. 💶
• Fully-remote (North America)
• Unlimited PTO
