Qualifications

• One year of creditable experience at the next lower grade level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to accomplish unit work.
• Conduct audits and monitor data processing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Review work quality, quantity, and timeliness of staff performance.
• Prepare promotions, reassignments, and other status changes as needed.
• Submit functional statements for new or updated positions.
• Receive and resolve grievances at the first level and take disciplinary action when necessary.
• Inform staff of management goals and inform leadership of concerns.
• Ensure timely record retrieval and transfer for continuity of care and ROI.
• Monitor workload and production to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
