Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Senior Healthcare Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team on a remote basis in the U.S. You will transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights to drive operational performance and strategic decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare analytics, strong technical skills in Excel, SQL and Power BI, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Analytics, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience analyzing healthcare claims, utilization management, referral, authorization, clinical, or population health data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare data including claims, utilization, referrals, authorizations, clinical, and operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reporting using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and collaborate with technical teams to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, performance measurement, and business insights.
• Stay current on healthcare regulations, CMS initiatives, reimbursement methodologies, and industry best practices.
