Ilant Health is seeking a Reporting & Insights Lead to own client-facing reporting and analytics across the organization. This senior, client-facing role proves the value of our product to self-funded employers, health plans, and partners, ensuring outcomes are clearly demonstrated.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in analytics or healthcare data roles.
• Experience owning client-facing reporting for digital health vendors.
• Strong SQL and Python in Snowflake/dbt environments.
• Experience presenting to executives and client stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare data types.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing reporting deliverables and ROI narratives.
• Present results to clients and executives.
• Partner with Client Success and Sales to shape data communication during renewals and upsells.
• Maintain standardized metric definitions and data governance practices.
• Contribute to the technical direction of reporting, including dashboards and automation.
• Lead collaboration with data engineering to improve reporting infrastructure.
