Job summary

Ilant Health is seeking a hands-on Reporting & Analytics Senior Associate to support internal and external reporting, develop dashboards, and translate healthcare data into clear insights. You will work cross-functionally with data engineering, analytics leadership, client success, and clinical operations to own reporting workstreams and scalable analytics practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, BI, reporting, or healthcare data roles.
• Strong Python skills and experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Experience building dashboards and automated reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with healthcare data (clinical, claims, patient operations, or revenue cycle).
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience supporting external customers or client success functions.
• Exposure to healthcare quality metrics, payer, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal dashboards and KPIs for internal teams.
• Create client-facing analytics and recurring reporting assets.
• Build and maintain data models using dbt within a Snowflake environment.
• Write advanced SQL to power analytics workflows and reporting.
• Support executive and board-level reporting with analysis and visuals.
• Collaborate with client success and operations to translate data into insights.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across internal and external reports.
• Contribute to data governance, documentation, and standard metrics definitions.
• Support regulatory, quality, and compliance reporting as needed.
• Partner with engineering to improve reporting automation and workflows.
