Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking a Foreperson to supervise field crews on industrial construction and maintenance projects, ensuring safe, efficient execution and conformance with drawings, specs, and schedules.

You will coordinate materials and tools, enforce safety programs, mentor workers, and report progress to supervision. Minimum 4 years experience and NCCER Certified Plus are required to lead teams in our advancing energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• NCCER Certified Plus.

• Monitor paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost efficient method.

Position Summary

The Foreperson must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.
