Job summary

Worley is seeking a Foreperson for our on-site industrial construction and maintenance operations. You will lead crews, plan and schedule work, enforce safety programs, and ensure crews have the information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed to perform the work.

You will monitor paperwork for accuracy, evaluate performance, train staff, and prepare employees for greater responsibilities while keeping management informed of significant information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• NCCER Certified Plus.

Position Summary

The Foreperson must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.
