Job summary

FPACP BAYTOWN LLC seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in Baytown, TX. You will evaluate patients and develop speech language programs in collaboration with physicians and provide speech language therapy to help patients reach their goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and current Texas licensure. You will administer assessments, coordinate with other clinicians, document progress, and participate in interdisciplinary care

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and necessary clinical training in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current license/registration by state of hire as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
• Administer diagnostic speech and language assessments.
• Coordinate speech therapy with other health care providers.
• Maintain current, accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Provide client/family education and discharge planning as appropriate.
