FPACP Huntsville LLC is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate patients and develop speech language programs in collaboration with the physician. You will provide direct therapy, document progress, and coordinate care with the rehab team to meet recovery goals.

Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, plan of care development, and ongoing re-evaluation under physician direction. Strong ethics, patient rights, and Medicare guidelines knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and clinical training in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current license/ registration by state of hire as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients per physician's plan of care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates patients and develops speech language programs in collaboration with the physician.
• Instructs, motivates and assists patients to reach therapy goals.
• Administers diagnostic speech and language assessment tools as indicated.
• Maintains accurate clinical records and documents progress per guidelines.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care conferences and coordinates with other clinicians.
