Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology with clinical training.
• Current license/registration by state of hire as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Establish and ongoing evaluation of treatment programs and goals for speech therapy needs in consultation with physician.
• Administer diagnostic speech and language assessment tools as indicated.
• Document and communicate patient status and therapy plans with the physician and rehab team.
• Coordinate therapy programs with other health care providers involved in patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure timely chart updates.
