Responsibilities

• Establishes and evaluates treatment plans for speech therapy in consultation with the physician.
• Executes and revises goals based on patient status and physician input.
• Administers diagnostic speech and language assessments.
• Documents care and progress per Focused Care guidelines.
• Coordinates therapy programs with other healthcare providers.
