Job summary

BODY20 Lake Oswego is hiring a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. You will provide best-in-class customer experiences and build relationships with studio members and the community.

Your role includes participating in community events, growing our member base through sales, and ensuring exceptional service. Passion for health and wellness is essential, along with excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, and flexibility in schedule is necessary for some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• 1–3 months related experience or equivalent training.
• Computer skills and ability to take BODY20 sessions.

Position Overview

As a BODY20 West Loop Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis. You will be an integral part of the success of a fast‑paced fitness studio by providing best‑in‑class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
• Build community business relationships and partnership
• Work as a team player to grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and providing superior customer service to retain long‑term members

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
• Passion for health and wellness
• Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Computer skills and ability to take 1–2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
• Strong follow‑up and organizational skills
