Job summary

BODY20 Lake Oswego is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. This role is integral in providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community. Successful candidates will enjoy substantial paid training and a flexible schedule that accommodates personal goals.

As part of the job, you will also participate in community events, help grow our member base, and work towards potential promotions to management positions, all while promoting health and wellness.

• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.

Position Overview

As a BODY20 Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis. You will be an integral part of the success of a fast‑paced fitness studio by providing best‑in‑class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.

Compensation

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
• Build community business relationships and partnerships
• Work as a team player to grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and providing superior customer service to retain long‑term members

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
• Passion for health and wellness
• Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holiday
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience; or one to three months of related experience and/or training
• Ability to teach 1–2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
• Strong follow‑up and organizational skills
