Position Overview

As a BODY20 Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis. You will help the studio succeed by providing best‑in‑class customer experiences and building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.

Responsibilities

• Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
• Build community business relationships and partnerships
• Act as a team player to grow the member base through sales, onboarding new members and delivering superior customer service to retain long‑term members

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness and ability to work some nights, occasional weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience; related experience or training of one to three months acceptable
• Computer skills required; ability to run 1‑2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
• Strong follow‑up and organizational skills
